They say, there is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women, and there’s someone who has given serious thought to it.
Inorbit Pink Power is one such ambitious project that not only empowers women but also paves their path to glory. The Inorbit Pink Power project focuses on women entrepreneurs.
You’d ask, how really are they doing it. Well, it’s pretty simple. A multi-location competition is held in five locations across four cities, where women entrepreneurs share their business ideas to a team of judges. The panel includes eminent entrepreneurs like Agnelo Rajesh, Vaishali Neotia, Anuradha Bose, and Shelly Singh.
Launching the competition on March 8 on International Women’s Day, Inorbit takes a step forward towards achieving their vision of empowering women entrepreneurs by creating a business platform across cities.
In its third edition, the Inorbit Pink Power will give free retail kiosk space at Inorbit malls for a period of 9 months. The competition can be won based on the idea being most unique functioning business. And before we forget, the winner not only gets a prime spot within the mall, but they also receive mentorship from market leaders, training from entrepreneurs by TRRAIN and RAI. Not just these, they get financial assistance, promotion, and exposure for business through partners like Central Bank of India, who will assist winners with loans and capital assistance, Shop CJ, Storified Me and other such giants.
