The movie follows the tale of a woman who, after spending many years in New York, returns to the tight Orthodox Jewish community for her father’s burial. She has been estranged from her father and shunned by the community for a reason that becomes obvious as the story progresses.

Owner of an art gallery Brooke and her husband Owen appears to have it all in New York City.
