Don was declared as a golden jubilee hit at the box office with tremendous critical and commercial success. Satellite TV and Cable networks made sure that even the younger audiences watched and admired this movie. Don has seen several remakes esp in South Indian languages after its release. Another notable remake of this movie was from Shah Rukh Khan in 2006. It still remains as one of the most iconic performance of Amitabh Bachchan and a movie every Bollywood movie fan should love.
