In its latest edition, Netflix announced some of the biggest upcoming Indian movies and series. Let’s check these upcoming Indian movies and series.
1. CAT
With the upcoming vengeance thriller CAT, Randeep Hooda will be seen bringing his vast and diversified acting skills to a television series for the first time. The Punjab hinterlands serve as the setting for the criminal thriller CAT, which centers on an innocent guy. He is drawn into a complex drug trafficking plot involving gang leaders, law enforcement, and political figures.

2. Chor Nikal ke Bhaga
Wear your seat belts viewers, because the heist has gone wrong. To escape a debt shark’s grasp, an air hostess and her businessman boyfriend are on a mission to steal diamonds. The heist goes horribly wrong. The plane carrying the jewels is held as a hostage.
3. Class
In the Indian remake of the Spanish series ‘Elite’, sparks ignite at the exclusive Hampton International school in New Delhi when three new kids from very different backgrounds lay foundations of this exclusive community to the test. In this young adult series, families, relationships, and the lives of students from prominent families are upended by the turbulent events that result from the collision of two worlds.
4. Guns and Gulaab
Starring Rajkumar Rao and Dulquer Salmaan, ‘Guns and Gulaab’ is a crime thriller series. The outcasts of the 90s find themselves in the criminal underworld while still maintaining their love and innocence. What will their journeys bring them to?
5. Kathal
A politician’s home has been the scene of a crime, and the police have been contacted to identify the offender and bring them to justice. The trick in this Vijay Raaz and Sanya Malhotra film is that the crime is the theft of two kathals (jackfruits) from the politician’s home.
6. Khufiya
Directed by Vishal Bharadwaj, ‘Khufiya’ is an upcoming movie based on Amar Bhushan’s novel ‘Escape to Nowhere’. Krishnan Mehra, an employee at Research and Analysis Wing. She is tasked with finding the mole selling India’s defense secrets, while juggling and keeping a balance between her roles as a spy and a lover.
7. Monica, O My Darling
While not much is known about the movie, ‘Monica, O My Darling’ is an anticipated crime comedy. Starring Rajkumar Rao and Human Qureshi, the movie is written and directed by Vasan Bala. The movie centers on a young guy who attempts to make it big, with some unusual allies and a cunning, evil scheme to commit the ideal murder.
8. Qala
“Qala” tells the tale of a young playback singer of the same name and is set in the late 1930s and early 1940s. It is about her painful background and the manner in which it catches up with her, forcing her to unravel at the zenith of her hard-won achievement. Her relationship with her mother, however, marks both the start and the end of her cycle.
9. Soup
Based on a real-life incident, the series’ plot centers on inexperienced chef Swathi Shetty, who wants to open her own restaurant, and her wary husband Prabhakar. Instead of assisting her in realizing her dream of opening a restaurant, Prabhakar disbelieves her. Nevertheless, fate gives her a chance to realize her ambition, but things don’t go as planned and are disrupted by some zany personalities and inexperienced bad guys.
10. Scoop
Scoop is a character drama that follows the story of Jagruti Pathak, an aspiring crime journalist. The story is inspired by Jigna Vora’s book “Behind The Bars In Byculla: My Days in Prison.” When Jaideb Sen, a colleague journalist, is brutally murdered, she is accused of the crime and is forced to share a cell with the people she used to report on, shattering her world.
