AI Artist Reimagines Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Characters As Vikings
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah aka TMKOC as is widely known, is literally the most popular show of our time. The characters feel like home and the Gokuldham Society is not an unknown place. We have a relatability factor with these characters. But what if our favourite ensemble of the cast were actually starring in a different series like Vikings. Their whole persona would change and they would look so different. Although one thing is guaranteed they would still have some TMKOC traits as well.
Recently, an Instagram user, Sahid SK, shared an AI re-imagination of TMKOC characters in Vikings. Let’s look at the images and try to decode how they would be in a different universe:
1. Jethalal Gada as Jethnar
Jethalal is reimagined as Jethnar similar to Ragnar, King of Vikings. And looking at how Jethalal literally carries the show, he can be called the King of Vikingdham!
2. Daya Gada as Dora
Although meant to be Jethnar’s wife, here Daya looks more like a warrior princess, who needs to avenge all the wrongdoings her family had to go through. We would love to see Daya as a grey character though.
3. Champaklal Gada as Champnar
Champnar as Jethnar’s father, like Sigurd Hring to Ragnar, is a perfect character match. Champnar would probably not agree with the Viking ways and would teach everyone how non-violence can not only win battles but also hearts.
4. Tappu aka Tependra Gada as Tappnar
Firstly, how funny is the name Tappnar! But seriously though, here he would be this obedient son Jethnar has, who always wins all the battles but with a twist. He follows Champnar’s philosophy of non-violence.
5. Atmaram Bhide as Arinbjorn
Although we are deflecting from the family tree, but why does Bhide look like Chota Shakeel who will take gruesome revenge on everyone. But will be nice to see Jethnar and Arinbjorn fight it out!
6. Madhvi Bhide as Magna
Let’s first appreciate how beautiful Madhvi looks in this reimagined image. She looks more like Barbie than a Viking character. But she might look this coy wife of Arinbjorn.
7. Sundarlal as Sigmund
We are gonna give him a backstory as he looks really bored. Maybe he tried asking Jethnar for some land and he refused and now Sigmund is trying to find new ways to get back at him.
8. Bagha as Bjorn
Bagha as Bjorn looks like Hrithik Roshan from Krishh when he was running the forests and mountains. A nice way to look at it though!
9. Nattu Kaka as Norbert
Nattu kaka as Norbert would be the most loyal commander for Ragnar and he looks the part too!
10. Magan as Magnar
Magan looks like Badshah though with his fur coat and his posture. A bald Badshah!
11. Anjali Mehta as Anjaliby
She looks like a benevolent queen who thinks about her subjects and makes them have diet food to be healthy!
12. Taarak Mehta as Taraknulg
In this universe, he is the friend of Jethnar who helps him with strategic decisions about battles and helps when the enemy attacks.
13. Popatlal as Popatrud
Hopefully, he is married in this universe. But his choice of weapon would always be an umbrella.
14. Iyer as Iyerdy
The name sounds like something Champnar would call him- Iyerdy. He was Jethnar’s worst enemy on the western front!
15. Babita Ji as Babitaby
Seems like a character who actually pretends to be on Iyerdy’s side but passes on sensitive information to Jethnar!
16. Sonu Bhide as Sonulf
She is the daughter of Arinbjorn who despite loving Tappnar, fights all the battles against him as she is going to be the next queen!
17. Abdul as Abdulf
He is a loyal commander in this universe. He is the one who helps everyone with battle supplies!
18. Baka as Bolverk
Here Baka does not look like he would say ‘Kem Party’ but would definitely say ‘Come Fight’!
