Fukrey 3 Release Date Announced: Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat and Others Reunite Once Again!
The Fukrey team recently got together and celebrated 10 years of the film franchise. The Fukrey franchise – which has filled movie halls with laughter with an engaging plot, and lovable characters has been creating buzz since the release date of its third installment was announced on social media. Fukrey, that releases on 1st Dec this year, features a commendable star cast including Richa Chadha (Bholi), Pulkit Samrat (Hunny), Varun Sharma (Choocha), Manjot Singh (Lali), and Pankaj Tripathi (Pandit) reprising their characters. It is directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba and produced by Farhan Akhtar.
Farhan Akhtar, who has produced the movie, recently announced the movie’s release date on his social media handles writing, “The Jugaadu Boys are back on 1st Dec at cinemas near you.”

Fukrey & Fukrey Returns: A Rewind
The first installment of Fukrey hit the theatres in June 2013. It was a story of 4 back-bencher friends from Delhi doing all sorts of crazy things to earn money, that resulted in a comedy of errors. The gripping storyline, rib-tickling dialogues, funny banters, and comic timing of this movie were loved by audiences. The characters of Fukrey, like “Choocha” have been one of the most loved Hindi movie characters of recent times. The movie had a poor opening on its release, however, it went on to a hit later, especially with word-of-mouth recommendations. The second installment, Fukrey Returns was released in 2017. It starts its story right where the first film ended with the original cast. The movie had mixed reviews.

Fans were awaiting an update on the third installment of the franchise. And now we know that Fukrey 3 has its release date out! The 3rd part is set to release on 1st December 2023 with all of the old star cast except Ali Zafar playing the same characters from the old installments.
