But then, Rose met Jack Dawson on board the Titanic. Jack was this poor young artist who just won a ticket to the ship after playing poker. After the Titanic sank, Rose was saved by Jack by letting her stay on a floating door while Jack stayed in freezing water.

Inception
Inception, when it came out in 2010, proved that Leo is willing to take on one-of-a-kind movies. Directed by Christopher Nolan, Inception was a movie about Dom played by Leo who is a thief. The movie started in 1987 when Jordan Belfort started working as a stockbroker for LF Rothschild. He’d then lose his job after Black Monday and worked for a brokerage firm that specializes in penny stocks. And that’s when he teamed up with Donnie Azoff played by Jonah Hill.
The Great Gatsby
Leo played Jay Gatsby in the Great Gatsby, a movie based on F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel. The story was about Jay Gatsby’s love for Daisy. Gatsby would throw parties in his mansion hoping that Daisy will find her way to his mansion. To get close to Daisy, Gatsby became friends with Daisy’s cousin Nick Carraway.
But as the plot thickens, questions about Jay Gatsby’s wealth complicate things. Gatsby made his money by bootlegging alcohol during the prohibition.
The Beach
Following Titanic, DiCaprio worked with Danny Boyle. It was considered a “flop” but hindsight proved otherwise.
