Which Caribbean Premier League Team To Place Your Bets?

Which CPL team is touted to win the 9th season CPL 2021 trophy? Will it be 4 times winner Trinbago Knight Riders or underdogs Jamaica Tallawahs? Not sure yet? Let’s take a quick look at what each CPL team brings to the table this year.

It all then boils down to your right timing of collecting betting tips, and making your match prediction, while you enjoy the tournament.

Barbados Royals (Formerly Barbados Tridents)

Barbados Tridents is now Barbados Royals in the 9th season of CPL 2021.

Their bowling seems to be getting stronger with time, but their weak point in this season is the lack of key players. Keeping up with the optimistic outlook, tipsters predict that the team could reach the semi-finals.

Guyana Amazon Warriors

Guyana Amazon Warriors could have been the winner of the Caribbean Premier League 2020, but they couldn’t. They have a pretty solid batting lineup this season which includes the best ODI batsmen Ross Taylor. His versatility on the field could lead the Amazon warriors to victory.

Jamaica Tallawahs

Jamaica Tallawahs don’t have a promising foothold than other franchises in the CPL, but in no way it means that they have no chance of winning.

They have an all-rounder team including Rovman Powell, Andre Russell, and Carlos Brathwaite. This year, Jamaica Tallawahs could be the underdogs.

St Kitts & Nevis Patriots

St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots’ batting is solid, yet they’ve not scored 300+ runs in CPL 2020 season. Batsmen Evin Lewis, Laurie Evans, and Fabian Allen are to root for this season as well. The Patriots have managed to reach the playoffs stage but the CPL trophy always seems like a distant dream.

St Lucia Kings (Formerly St Lucia Zouks)

Another team with a new identity in the 2021 CPL is Saint Lucia Kings (formerly St Lucia Zouks). Fondly known as the “The Zouks”, this year, their batting lineup seems bleak, but bowlers Kesrick Wiliams and Obed McCoy are like a silver lining for the team.

Trinbago Knight Riders

The raging champions, Trinbago Knight Riders are making their presence felt and how! Winner of four CPL four tournaments, it is very safe to say that TKR will reach the playoffs this season. With Kieron Pollard taking the lead, top-rated batsmen Colin Munro also took up the charge to top their performance. Speaking of bowling, skilled spinners Khary Pierre and Sunil Narine will be game changers.
