1. Dhaakad
Dhaakad was one of the most anticipated movies of 2022 because Kangana Ranaut shot off her guns for the first time on screen and the producers enlisted action directors from all over the world. Unfortunately, the movie was a complete failure because it received negative reviews soon after its debut due to its thin plot and poor direction.
2. Nikamma
Abhimanyu Dassani, the son of Maine Pyar Kiya actress Bhagyashree, made his acting debut in the film. It was one of the lowest-rated Bollywood films of 2022 and failed to gross even 2 crores during its entire run.
3. Samrat Prithviraj
Since many thought the actor was miscast in his role as the Hindu warrior king Prithviraj Chauhan, Akshay Kumar’s debut period drama ended up being forgettable fare. The historical movie broke people’s hearts with its lifeless action sequences and drab dialogues.
4. Heropanti 2
Tiger Shroff made a comeback on screen as Babloo, but this time he was dressed in blazers. He managed to escape an explosion and battled a bad guy who wanted to raid people’s bank accounts on March 31. This move did not perform really well.
5. Dobaarra
Dobaaraa, starring Taapsee Pannu, premiered rousing reviews from critics, but sadly, the audience did not enjoy it. The movie, which had a budget of 30 crores, finished its theatrical run with an estimated lifetime domestic audience of 3 to 4 crores, according to various sources.
6. OM
This movie had very little to keep the audience interested due to the weak screenplay. Despite having substantial budgets, it was unable to draw audiences to the box office.
7. Jahaan char yaar
Not just the critics, but also the audience, gave this Kamal Pandey-directed drama negative reviews. The film is about four married women who feel suffocated as housewives and stars Swara Bhaskar, Meher Vij, Shikha Talsania, and Pooja Chopra in the lead roles. They travel and have a great time there.
8. Ek villain return
This movie did not keep up to the marks of the audience. The screenplay was not very good and it did not perform well at the box office as well.
9. Liger
Despite being one of the most anticipated films of 2022, the film saw significant box office losses. The film, which was supported by Karan Johar’s Dharma Entertainment and Puri Connects, received harsh criticism for its poor acting and screenplay.
