Sam Bahadur has made quite an impression on Indian audiences ever since its announcement! It is a biographical war drama film that follows the journey of one of the bravest field marshals of the Indian army- Sam Manekshaw. The movie will take you back to the year 1971 when the Indo-Pak war was ongoing and narrate the bravery of all the Indian soldiers who fought the war and won it like true leaders! It stars Vicky Kaushal, Fatima Sana Sheikh, and Sanya Malhotra in important roles.

The Archies is a musical teen drama movie that is inspired by the popular American teen comics of the same name. It reimagines ‘The Archies’ characters Archies, Betty, Veronica, and all their friends living in a town in 1960s India. The movie shows a group of school kids fighting for a park that is turned into some commercial zone and they are all against it. This Zoya Akhtar- Reema Kagti directorial also happens to be a debut for many star kids including Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, and Khushi Kapoor among others.

Dunki is another most anticipated movie of the year! This comedy-drama film starring Shah Rukh Khan, Tapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, and Rajkumar Hirani shows the comedy-of-errors and struggles that come with those illegal immigrants who come to India using a technique called ‘Donkey Flight’! The movie’s name and concept sound amusing, unique, and quite funny too! Hoping that the movie turns out equally hilarious- right?
5. Main Atal Hoon | December 25|
This is another upcoming biographical movie that is making headlines! The movie shows the life journey, struggles, and political life of our former Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee. It stars Pankaj Tripathi in the lead role and is expected to give us an insight into the life of a celebrated and respected man. We might see some anecdotes and unseen moments from the life of a man who was a political leader and also a prolific poet.
